YouTube/Videos | Visual Tours | Selfies | Property Photos

Visual Media in Real Estate Marketing is changing the way that we communicate online. We live in a visual society. “A picture says a thousand words” and a home must have “curb appeal”, etc. We wanted to share with you WHY images are so important as well as HOW to create a comprehensive image strategy for your business online.

When you optimize your graphics and photos you get incredible search engine activity and recognition. Do it right and capitalize! You need to build a Plan to use Visual Media in Real Estate Marketing. That can include YouTube/Videos, Visual Tours, Selfies, Property Photos, Local Photos and so much more. Photo sharing when done properly can increase your Search Engine traffic and give you additional SEO. Visual Stories can be told faster with a quick look at an instagram or a photo album shared from a friend or colleague. It gets right to the point and if the reader is interested, they can decide if they want to click for additional info. Photos and graphics create backlinks to your website which are valuable for your SEO and your images are also filed with Google Images, Bing and other image search engines.

You need a visual marketing strategy for your business to break through the clutter online and connect with your customers.

Visual Social Media Marketing provides the strategies, tactics and tools to create a strong visual presence for your brand online. We  know how to harness the power of Images, Instagram, Infographics and Pinterest to grow your business online.

Using Visual Media in Real Estate Marketing can bring you more back-links than you can imagine. These visual media platforms are all very similar in that you can store photos and graphics for others to see and share. But the magic happens when you manage the photos and graphics correctly.

First, watermark all the photos you have taken personally. Put your website address in the watermark to make it easy for people to find you.

Before you upload your photo add a title, location and description (use keywords if the opportunity is there).

Now add “Feel free to use this image but give credits to” to the description too. Now not only is your watermark on the photo, you have optimized the photo/graphic, you have given the viewer a way to contact you and you have created a back-link to your website. Excellent!

Thanks for the useful info.

there are many different digital imaging programs and I think you really understand the importance of visual media in real estate. I prefer the Adobe systems but of course any digital editing program can help with your visual media adjustments! Cheers.
